We stand behind our product with an unconditional lifetime guarantee. If your AlbaBarista tamper ever fails for any reason, wearing the finish down, running it through a dishwasher or even backing over the handle with your car, simply return it to us with a prepaid, preaddressed mailer and we will repair or replace it with an equivalent for free.

Note some of the more exotic woods are hard to obtain on a regular basis, if the handle is beyond repair we reserve the right to substitute an equivalent wood species.

If the tamper style you want is in stock we will process and ship your order within two working days. If it is not in stock or if you have a special order it will take us 5 days to make your tamper and ship it.

We make every effort to produce a quality product. If, however, for some reason you are not completly happy with your tamper you may return it during the first 30 days after the purchase date. Buyer is responsible for shipping. Please contact us via the link below for a return authorization number (RMA). NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID RMA ON THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL.
